Do you offer tracked shipping?
I have just included some tracked shipping options in my shop!
Tracked international shipping is unfortunately more expensive, but I would HIGHLY recommend choosing this option especially when ordering more products or buying originals so your orders arrive to you safely and much faster. You can check estimate shipping times on the next section!
Please note that I haven't yet been able to add these tracked shipping options to all countries in the world as I have to manually add all of them, but if you are thinking of ordering something with tracked shipping and you don't see that option in checkout, you can dm me on IG @tiinasdiary or write me an email at contact@tiinasdiary.com and I'll add that asap!!
When will I get my order?
Update on 18th of December 2023: Due to an unfortunate issue on the customs clearance forms on some orders sent to th US, Australia and UK, some packages have been returned back to me. I'm trying to solve the issue the best I can and send your orders immediately when I get them returned and also send an email to all customers this affects. I'm very sorry for this mistake and I'm doing my best to get your packages to you asap without further delays <3

NOTE: I would HIGHLY recommend choosing a tracked shipping for all orders so you can be sure to get your package safely on time
Please note that all shipping times are only estimates for the time it takes for the order to reach your country after it leaves my local post office. Order fulfillment time and packaging are not included in the shipping times, but I'll try to drop off all tracked shipments as soon as I possibly can.
Please also note that possible custom delays are not a part of the average shipping times. Buyers are responsible for any possible import taxes or customs that may apply.
All orders are prepared and sent in 1-5 days after order but since I'm just one person running the whole shop, there could be delays during busy times or launches. I'm trying my best!
During holidays and other busy times of the year, it might take extra weeks to receive your untracked package. Please remember that all standard untracked mail is letter mail and can't be tracked after I leave it to the postal office. If your package hasn't still arrived in 4-6 weeks after getting the shipping confirmation email, message me at contact@tiinasdiary.com and I'll try to resolve the issue!
VAT, duties and other extra costs
I ship all of your orders from Finland. Finland is a part of EU, which means that while you shop from other EU-countries, your country's VAT will be included in all product prices and you should never have to pay for any extra fees once the package arrives to your country.
However for orders outside of EU, your country's taxes will not be included in the prices or added at checkout, which means that you technicallly pay 0% taxes. All possible customs, taxes and other fees will be left to the buyer to handle.
I would love to send you products without you having to worry about extra fees, but sending the products without registering the shipment risks the envelope returning back to me.

Orders
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unfortunately I don't accept returns or exchanges. I hope you only purchase items you really want to get and the environment will also thank you for not having to ship items back and forth <3
However if there was an issue with your order, you aren't happy with the products, you received faulty or wrong items or something was missing, please reach out to me at contact@tiinasdiary.com or use the 'Contact' page to fill a form and I'll happily do everything to fix the issue!
Can I still change my order information?
You can email me at contact@tiinasdiary.com and if I haven't yet sent out your order, no worries, I'll change it immediately!
If you forgot to use a discount code or it didn't work, or you still want to add other products to your package that hasn't shipped out yet, I can also help you with that so use the email address above.
I think my package might be lost
If it has already been more than 4-6 weeks since you received a shipping confirmation email on your order sent to you via untracked letter mail, there is a chance that your package might be lost. In that case, email me at contact@tiinasdiary.com and I'll try my best to solve the situation.
Please keep in mind that shipping times vary from a week to multiple weeks and during holidays and other busy times your order can take even more than four weeks to arrive, especially to countries outside of Europe.
Products
What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
I use high quality 270gsm Hahnemühle 25% Cotton + 75% Alpha-celullose fine art paper with a slightly textured finish for all of my fine art prints. I have chosen a paper that works the best with my artwork and gouache paintings. The colors are exactly the same (if not better) as in the original versions of the work and the slight texture compliments the look of the pieces perfectly!
For my postcards I use 300gsm matte cardstock.
Original artwork tips
My original art pieces don't have any sealant or finish added on top, which means that they have to be handled with care. Gouache is water reactivated, so if you touch the paintings with wet hands or aren't careful with handling them, the paints could transfer and ruin the piece. I would suggest framing the artwork so it stays perfect as long as possible.
I will send all original pieces in a kraft envelope to avoid bending, and wrapped inside a glassine bag or some sort of recycled plastic packaging to avoid any moisture during shipping.
I will also attach handle instructions as a note to the package so you can keep the painting in the perfect shape for as long as possible

What sustainability practises do you participate in with your shop?
Thanks for asking! Of course creating artwork and prints is creating new products into the world, but I'm trying to do my best to be kind to the environment with my shop.
All of my prints are produced in the EU and all of my packaging supplies are purchased from EU-based companies and overall I try to create items for you as locally as I possibly can.
My packaging for all prints is plastic free and recyclable. I ship my items in kraft mailers inside glassine bags. For original artwork I might re-use plastic packaging from orders I've received myself so if your order has plastic packaging, just know that it's always re-used!
